Our patient was bothered by a slowly growing cyst in thier neck. Dr Roller performed an excision of the cyst.

A pilar cyst on the scalp of our patient had been slowing growing for around 1 year. Dr Roller excised the cyst and closed the skin with dissolving sutures.

We had the pleasure of seeing this patient regarding a 6 year history of a lip cyst. Over the past 6 years there had been 5 episodes of the cyst enlarging and becoming red and painful. He opted for surgical removal with Dr Roller and he had sutures removed 5 days later.

We saw this patient regarding a scar revision on his left cheek from an injury 4 years ago. He was sutured by ED and found that the lower part of the scar was indented at rest and this was worse with smiling. Our patient was bother by the seborrheic keratosis (SK) on the side of their face. Dr Roller surgically excised the SK and she returned 5 days later to have sutures removed.

The scalp lipoma had been present on our patients head for approximately 6 years. He chose to have it surgically removed with Dr Roller with dissolving sutures. The photo was taken only 6 weeks after removal and the scar will continue to fade and lighten with time.

We met this patient regarding her ear keyloid scars which formed after ear cartilage piercings. DR Roller excised the scar tissue and reconstructed the ear. Photos were taken 3 months after the revision procedure.

We had the pleasure of seeing this patient in the office regarding a cyst on their back. They had it removed in 2009 but returned and was causing some bother. Dr Rolled excised the cyst and closed the skin with dissolving sutures.

Our patient had a lipoma for several years which bothered her. She opted for surgical excision with Dr Roller.

Our patient had several lumpy growths which had developed and grown over an eight year period. Although benign he opted for surgical removal. Dr Roller excised the lipoma and closed with disolving sutures.

The large lipoma had been present on this person’s back for many years and wasn’t growing significantly. This 6cm x 5cm lipoma was excised by Dr Roller and the incision was closed with disolving sutures.

The lipoma on this patient’s back bothered her significantly when working out and she opted for surgical removal. Dr Roller excised this large 7cm x 4cm lipoma and photos were taken at the 3month follow-up.

This lovely patient had 3 large pilar cysts on their scalp which had been present for several years but were problematic when shaving. Dr. Roller excised the cysts and closed the skin with dissolving sutures.
