Labiaplasty
Enlargement of the inner vaginal lips, or labia minora, is a medical condition known as labial hypertrophy, which affects many women. The labia may become elongated or stretched out due to hormonal changes or because of the process of one or more vaginal deliveries. In some cases, the labia is very asymmetrical with one labia being much larger than the other one. Regardless of the cause, this condition can be corrected through labial contouring surgery. The labial contouring procedure, also known as labiaplasty, can also be completed in conjunction with other procedures if necessary, such as vaginoplasty (repairing vaginal relaxation that may occur after child-birth), perineoplasty (repair of a relaxed perineal body or restoring the normal tone of the opening of the vagina), laparoscopic reconstructive procedures, or even vaginal hysterectomy.

Clitoral Hood Reduction
A clitoral hood reduction is the removal of vulvar skin which allows women to experience enhanced sexual intimacy and greater clitoral stimulation.
The clitoris is covered up by skin which protects it from being constantly rubbing over or pain. However, some women find that the clitoral hood is too long or too large, and challenging to stimulate during intimacy.
During this surgical procedure, the clitoral hood is reduced in length or size to make the clitoris prominent and also allow you to experience enhanced sexual intimacy.
Labia Fat Grafting
Like other parts of the body, the labia majora (outer vagina lips) ages over time and can become wrinkled and deflated. Ageing, childbirth, menopause and even weight loss can contribute to the labia losing fatty tissue and elasticity. As the labia majora loses volume, it becomes less effective in protecting from friction and impact, arising in pain during sexual intercourse. Additionally, the labia minora (inner vagina lips) may become more noticeable, creating an appearance that some women find undesirable.
Labial puffing using fat grafting can restore both the appearance and function of a deflated labia majora. In this minimally invasive procedure, fat cells are collected from your inner thigh, hips, or abdomen and then injected into the labia majora to rejuvenate and plump the area.
