Anna is one of our four directors at Pacific Plastic Surgery. With a background as an ICU nurse, complemented an MBA, Anna has extensive knowledge and experience of the clinical side of surgery as well as business and is an excellent source of knowledge for the team and for patients.

Julian

Office Manager

As the Office Manager at Pacific Plastic Surgery Group, Julian brings over 10 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, 8+ years of management experience, and more than 16 years in customer-facing roles. His background spans operations, patient consulting, business development, and marketing, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both patient care and practice excellence.

Julian is passionate about creating a seamless, personalized experience where every patient feels welcomed, informed, and cared for. With a strong focus on exceptional service and attention to detail, he helps ensure that every aspect of the patient journey reflects the high standards of Pacific Plastic Surgery Group.

Aeron

Patient Consultant and Business Development Specialist

Aeron brings over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics, product development, and strategic client relations. Known for her excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build lasting relationships, Aeron is deeply committed to supporting each patient with integrity and care.

Using the latest technology to provide thorough assessments of one’s skin health, she takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and objectives. This allows her to craft individualized treatment plans that are both effective and aligned with their desired outcomes, ensuring a confident and informed experience.

Taylor

Aesthetic Laser Technician and Patient Consultant

Taylor began her career as a Kinesiologist after graduating from the University of Calgary before discovering her passion for medical aesthetics. Her experience working alongside a Dermatologist provided her with extensive training and a strong foundation in laser treatments, skincare, and addressing a wide range of skin concerns. As a trusted Laser Technician and Patient Consultant, Taylor combines her expertise with a thoughtful and personalized approach, taking the time to understand each patient’s needs and goals. Her warm, reassuring nature ensures every patient feels informed, cared for, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.

Kayla

Aesthetic Laser Technician

With over 14 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Kayla brings a wealth of expertise in advanced laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and personalized skincare. As a former Clinical Trainer in medical aesthetic laser treatments, she has extensive knowledge of advanced technologies and treatment protocols, allowing her to provide thoughtful, results-driven care.

Known for her warm and personable approach, Kayla takes the time to understand each patient’s unique skin goals and creates a tailored experience designed to enhance their natural beauty and achieve healthy, radiant skin.

Charissa

Registered Nurse

Charissa is our post-operative nurse, cosmetic injector, and medical aesthetic nurse, bringing valuable clinical experience from both Pacific Plastic Surgery and her work in the hospital. Her hospital experience provides a strong foundation in post-operative care, allowing her to support patients with knowledge, confidence, and compassion throughout their recovery.

As a skilled Cosmetic Nurse Injector, Charissa combines her understanding of facial anatomy with an artistic eye and precise injection techniques. She provides personalized aesthetic treatments focused on enhancing each patient’s natural features while ensuring they feel comfortable and confident throughout their experience.

Gina 

Registered Nurse

Gina is our post-operative nurse and medical aesthetic nurse, bringing a diverse clinical background and years of experience in patient care. With experience in vascular surgery and cardiac triage, she has developed a strong understanding of post-operative care and patient needs, providing knowledgeable and attentive support throughout the recovery process.

Gina is passionate about creating a positive patient experience and is known for her nurturing, compassionate approach. She takes the time to ensure every patient feels comfortable, supported, and confident in their care from their procedure through their recovery.

Taran

Licensed Practical Nurse

Taran is our post-operative nurse, cosmetic injector, and medical aesthetic nurse, bringing a strong clinical background and a passion for both surgical and aesthetic care. With hospital experience, she has developed extensive knowledge in post-operative care and patient recovery, providing knowledgeable and attentive support throughout each patient’s surgical journey.

Passionate about medical aesthetics, Taran provides personalized cosmetic injections and aesthetic treatments with a focus on safety, precision, and natural-looking results. Her compassionate approach helps every patient feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for.

Maria

Patient Coordinator

Maria has been a dedicated healthcare professional since 1995, bringing more than 30 years of experience in patient care and surgical coordination. She has been a valued member of Dr. Demianczuk’s team for 22 years, serving as both receptionist and patient care coordinator. Her extensive experience gives her a deep understanding of the patient journey, and she takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their care.

In addition to her private practice experience, Maria has 18 years of experience in hospital surgical booking, coordinating procedures with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare teams. She currently serves as Surgical Coordinator for Dr. Janine Roller. Known for her warmth, organization, and attention to detail, Maria is committed to making the surgical process as smooth and reassuring as possible. Her dedication and genuine compassion make her a trusted and integral part of the team.

Ruby

Patient Coordinator

Ruby is the Surgical Patient Coordinator for Dr. Lazare and Dr. Salhi, bringing years of experience in medical aesthetics, management and a strong background in surgical patient care to her role. Her experience working alongside specialized surgeons at Vancouver General Hospital has given her a valuable understanding of the surgical journey, patient care, and the importance of thoughtful coordination. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and seamless experience for every patient from their initial consultation through each step of their journey.

Ruby understands that choosing surgery or aesthetic care is a very personal decision, and she takes pride in ensuring every patient feels heard, informed, and supported. As a trusted point of contact, she is always available to answer questions, provide reassurance, and help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. For Ruby, patient care goes beyond coordinating appointments and surgery, it’s about building trust, creating genuine connections, and ensuring every patient feels they are in caring and capable hands.

Mendy

Patient Coordinator

Mendy is the Surgical Patient Coordinator for Dr. Arko Demianczuk, bringing extensive experience in surgical coordination, patient care, and healthcare management to her role. Having managed False Creek Surgical Centre for 15 years, she has developed a strong understanding of the surgical journey and the importance of thoughtful coordination and communication. Her leadership experience allows her to confidently manage the many details involved in the patient experience while ensuring each step is organized, efficient, and seamless.

Mendy understands that choosing to undergo surgery is a very personal decision, and she is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and well cared for throughout their experience. As a trusted point of contact, she is there to answer questions, provide guidance, and help patients navigate the process confidently. 

Sam

Patient Coordinator

With a strong background in coordination, management, and customer service, Sam brings a highly organized, personable, and patient-focused approach to her role as Dr. Tregaskiss’s Surgical Patient Coordinator. With over eight years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry, she has developed a strong understanding of client care, communication, and the importance of creating a seamless and welcoming experience. Her approachable nature and attention to detail allow her to confidently manage multiple aspects of the patient journey while ensuring each individual feels supported and well cared for.

Working closely alongside Dr. Tregaskiss, Sam is the primary point of contact for cosmetic patients, coordinating consultations, surgery dates, appointments, and ongoing communication throughout the process. She understands that choosing to undergo surgery is a personal decision and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident from their first interaction through every step of their surgical journey.

Laura

Patient Coordinator

Laura has been working in surgical coordination for over 10 years and is a familiar, friendly face at Pacific Plastic Surgery. With extensive experience supporting patients throughout their surgical journeys, she understands how personal and exciting the process can be. In her current role as Patient Coordinator, Laura is often one of the first people patients connect with, guiding them through the consultation and booking process and helping make those first steps feel comfortable and straightforward.

Laura genuinely enjoys getting to know each patient and takes pride in ensuring they feel heard, informed, and supported from the very beginning. With her experience, attention to detail, and warm personality, she is always happy to answer questions, provide guidance, and help make each patient’s experience as positive and seamless as possible.
