With extensive experience supporting patients throughout their surgical journeys, she understands how personal and exciting the process can be. In her current role as Patient Coordinator, Laura is often one of the first people patients connect with, guiding them through the consultation and booking process and helping make those first steps feel comfortable and straightforward.
